On receipt of payment received by paypal, postal order or cheque clearance I will endeavour to despatch all orders within 36hrs by Royal Mail 1st Class signed for post (excluding weekends) unless any items are out of stock, in which case you will be notified as long as you have supplied us with your correct contact information.

  • I am unable to supply headwear, turbans, headscarves or bandanas on approval or credit. All orders must be accompanied by payment in full.
  • All special offers or discontinued lines are subject to availability, no other discounts or vouchers can be used against these items.
  • e the right to change any advertised item without prior notification to comply with health and safety standards or to improve on the existing product.

Returns Policy

In the event you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can choose to exchange for either an alternative item or receive a refund less the cost of shipping costs. Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt.

Items contaminated with perfume, makeup or cigarette smoke will not be accepted for refund, credit or exchange.We will not be held responsible for items lost in the post when being returned.

We advise that you request proof of postage at your post office as claims can not be processed without this. Buyers are responsible for any returns postage cost.

Due to the nature of bespoke headscarves and hats- made to clients exact head measurements, unfortunately these cannot be refunded or exchanged but where sizing is an issue we will happily alter the product free of charge.
